Howto compile Tor on a windows system

Hi,

What do I need to compile Tor from on a windows system ?

I have tried (and failed) with Visual C 6.0.
I can create a project with the source files in it.
I have copied orconfig.h to the 'or' dir. If I build the project I get
errors about the inclusion of event.h
I guess it needs to find libevent somewhere, but I'm stuck at this point.

Any help would be very much appreciated :)
