tor 0.1.0.11 crash on Debian testing

Nice one. I've fixed this in cvs, and the fix will be included in
0.1.0.12, when it comes out. (I'm going to wait a bit longer, since I
don't think this is a critical bug, and crying wolf too many times with
updates to the stable tree can be bad. :)
