Torpark problems

Hello Ben,

The  startup  one  is just when Torpark is first creating the circuit,
thus  it  isn't  unlikely it would time out. This will be corrected in
Torpark  v1.1. The rest is just the speed of the Tor circuit, just hit
refresh, or it may be switching circuits of course.
