[tor-scaling] meeting - priorities

Hi!

It seems that it may be time for another meeting for Tor people involved
in discussing scalability of the network. We need to agree on what are
the priorities when drafting a roadmap for scalability that can
influence teams's work at Tor (the roadmap that we have now and also the
proposals we are going to get funding for).
