Hi all,

Here's the community team's report for December, which includes some
Library Freedom Project highlights:

Tor support portal/user support materials
-Finished first draft of the Tor glossary and submitted it to Tor core
contributors for feedback
-Tor Browser user manual translations close to completion on Transifex
-Phoul continues to answer the user support questions that come in
through execdir at tpo

Outreach
-Continued Global South outreach push beginning with Sukhbir in India,
now connecting with a few other regions as a pilot program. Secured
travel funding for this outreach.
-Sukhbir is trying to connect with different orgs in the region
(India/South Asia) so if anyone has contacts there, please share!
-LFP privacy training for librarians outside of Chicago, Illinois on
December 14
-LFP began work with libraries and community organizations on the
US-Mexico border
-Katie gave a talk on Tor to a group of community activists and software
developers in Philadelphia

Relay operator support/tshirts
-Kat and Jon are working hard to finish the tshirt backlog for relay
operators
-Since they got started (around the summer), they've sent around 800
tshirts from the backlog! woo hoo!

Other
-LFP is working on some grants for outreach
-Nima started a forum for librarians who've been working with LFP and
want to do more to protect privacy in their communities. It got a HUGE
response and he's been working to update the server to meet this demand.
-Alison wrote a "Tor at the heart" blog post about LFP
