- - Continued answering donations emails
- - Reviewed various support platforms[1][2][3][4][5]
- - Finished initial draft of the support plan
- - Wrote update plan for the Tor Browser user manual
- - Reviewed team requests on Transifex
- - Answered questions from translators
- - Ran RequestTracker trainings
- - Continued work on exit capacity in Canada
- - Prepared for the meeting in Valencia (although was unable to attend in
the end)

Next month:

- - Finish answering donations emails
- - Send Tor Browser manual update plan to tor-project mailing list, and
incorporate feedback
- - Send support plan to tor-project mailing list, and incorporate feedbac

- - Review options for website translations (Pontoon[6], Transifex[7], etc
..)
- - Work with Isa to organize tasks / time
- - Begin implementing the two plans
