- Attended IFF for 4 days at beggining of March.

- Remove Google Cloud from the dirauth configuration reject list.

- Triage of 0.2.9 tickets and "tor-hs" keyword marked tickets.

- Ticket worth mentioning:

  #15937: Clients fail on the 7th rapid SOCKS request to the same HS
  #18623: DirPort reachability test fails preventing the relay to work properly
  #18332: Relays should store HS descriptor without the complicated "am I the
          right one" logic
