Onionoo
 - Applied a patch that improves resource handling using
try-with-resources (#16626).
 - Finally merged the branch that adds the "effective_family" field to
details documents (#16276).
 - Implemented and deployed the "measured" field (#16020).
 - Wrote a standalone version of "extended_family" field, implemented
it in Onionoo as two new fields "alleged_family" and
"indirect_family", and deployed that on both Onionoo servers (#16750).

Metrics
 - Added the Uncharted visualization as link page.
 - Investigated and fixed a bug caused by a recent change in
metrics-lib that accidentally changed descriptor digests to upper
case; had to re-import data from July and August 2014.

metrics-lib
 - Removed commons-codec dependency.

CollecTor
 - Stopped writing unused, non-concatenated rsync files which broke a
few things that I had to fix.

Tor
 - Reviewed Mike's netflow_padding-squashed branch and discussed
feedback (#16861).

ExoneraTor
 - Removed consensuses and server descriptors from the database.

Measurement Team
 - Worked more on the roadmap draft and discussed it with team members.

- - Added EC2 accounts for more Tor developers.
- - Started handing over list admin role.
