[tor-reports] Israel's October 2015

Hola,

Below is the report for October 2015:

- Attended dev meeting in Berlin.

- Finished Summer of Privacy.

- Worked on GetTor:
   * Enabled Dropbox as a provider again.
   * Discussed about some new ideas for providers. Gitlab seems like a
good option.
   * Discussed about messages sent by GetTor [0][1].
   * Finished the twitter bot [2].
   * Configuration and setup of twitter and xmpp bots on getulum. We now
need to think how to promote its use.
   * Sent first report to funders.

- Spoke at an event called "Primavera Hacker" [3] in Santiago. This was
the first time I promote Tor in public :)
