Hey,

in February I worked on website improvements, tor testability and some
0.2.6.x stuff:

  - triaged ~80% of open Website tickets,
closing/fixing/merging/prodding as required
  - discussed controller features which would help with testing little-t
tor better with Nick and Damian
  - wrote a spec change and implementation for a feature that allows
on-demand creation of relay descriptors in response to a controller
command, hopefully to be merged into 0.2.7.x soon
  - worked on a django app to simplify adding mirrors to the website
  - started reinstating website translations, using a model where we
have maintainers per language who will push into a dedicated repository
(not using transifex)
  - fixed a few open tor 0.2.6.x bugs, reviewed some others. After
review we had to defer the plan to make all guards be dir caches to 0.2.7.x
