 - Investigated and hopefully fixed a bug where certain queries take
up 10 minutes to complete, which is long after the web request times
out (#17488).

metrics-lib
 - Worked on a prototype of an ANTLR 4 grammar for Tor descriptors
that could be used to automatically generate a parser for them.
 - Improved the release process which will allow us to put out a first
release soon, after only four years of development.

Metrics
 - Dreamed up new visualizations of Tor network data without making
solid plans for implementing most of them.
 - Looked into gathering data for a visualization on exposed bad relays.
 - Made a plan for scaling Metrics, either by adding more resources to
its development or by seamlessly integrate work done by others.

Metrics Team
 - Held two team meetings on IRC.
 - Helped Thomas more with the analytics server where we import all
Tor descriptors in a JSON format and obtain an SQL-like interface to
query them, among other things.
 - Helped Letty with a new visualization on disagreement of directory
authorities regarding flags and bandwidth-measured relays.

Onionoo
 - Deployed version 3.0 which supports searches by space-separated
fingerprint.
