[tor-reports] GetTor stats for July and SoP status report

Hello people,

August is finally here, and I've decided to send both GetTor stats and
my second status report for Summer of Privacy together.

During  the last two weeks I've worked in the following:

1) Finished improvements in GetTor logging and handle of errors [1].
2) Implemented 'Send mirrors' option** [2] [3].
3) Created a script to make a json of tpo mirrors [4].
4) Minor changes in Drive script contributed by poly, and tested it on
getulum (successfully) [5].
5) I've been thinking on how to reduce the amount information sent by
GetTor. I think it's best to add the drive links after that is solved.

**: I used twisted to make a secure connection to tpo. It's my first
experience with it, so reviews are welcome!

In the next two weeks I'll work in the following:

- More work on 5).
- Send links to download Tor Browser in other languages than English.
- Deploy XMPP channel.

Stats for July 2015
-------------------

Since July 7th until August 3rd we have received 2714 new requests for
the email distributor (~700 less than in June), from 1238 new accounts
(~400 less than in June).
