[tor-reports] Arlo's August 2014

Some things I worked on in August:  

 * Took some vacation time in the first half of the month.

 * Started exitaddr[0], an alternative to TorDNSEL for producing
   exit address maps. It is pretty heavily based on phw’s
   exitmap[1], but uses txtorcon for the evented bits and runs a
   queryable http server.

 * Patches to txtorcon for the above[2].

 * Reported some bad-exits while debugging the above.

 * Updated some dependencies and pushed a new flashproxy
   release to npm[3].

 * Continued work on TorMessenger[4][5].

 * Answered some questions on tor-talk.
