Hi Everyone,

Here's what I did in August:

[Help Desk, Translation and QA]
* Resolved 245 RT tickets.
* Wrote a report about the quality of Tails' Arabic translations [0].
* Instantbird's people created a hg repo and gave me access to translate
Instantbird into Arabic, I've also agreed to fix the CSS of Instantbird
to display RTL correctly after I am done translating [1].

[Support tools development]
* Pups:
++ Rewrote the monthly reporting stats function [2].
++ Rebased all of my branch to make it easier for Lunar to review  [3].
