Hi all,

Here's what I did in October:

[Help Desk, Translation and QA]
* Resolved 400+ RT tickets.
* Attended a gettor meeting.
* Attended a SponsorO meeting and agreed to record a new set of Tor
Browser 4.0 videos.
* Took the role of the person who reports to the Tor Browser team from
the help desk and attended two Tor Browser meetings to report what
users are complaining about in TB 4.0.
* QA for TB 4.0 and 4.0.1.

[Support tools development]

(Pups, Stats)
++ Divided recent commits into branches by app .
++ Rewrote a lot of parts in stats after Lunar's review .

(Webchat)
++ Worked with Colin on testing my new set of Webchat patches and bug
fixes before deployment.

What I plan to do in November:
* Answer RT tickets (who would've guessed :p).
* Record a set of Tor Browser 4 videos.
* Put Stats for review again and fix things if Lunar think I messed up.
* Improve verifying-signatures.wml and add a couple of videos to it.
* Pass my midterms.
