What Juha did October 2014

- Working with Electronic Frontier Finland (Effi), which is a Finnish
on-line civil rights organization, to launch a Tor relay campaign. We would
like to see hundreds Tor relays in Finland and multiple fast exit nodes. I
made the planned campaign page which is listing all the Finnish relays:
