Hi everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 199 tickets on RT.
- Rejected 55 spam tickets on RT.
- Put Sponsor O module content on the wiki[1][2].
- Added basic SponsorO content distribution plan to the wiki[3].
- Started putting together slides / materials for Sponsor O, more here
next month.
- Basic sysadmin on the dev environment for pups.
- Approved multiple new Transifex teams, and set reviewers for a few
current teams.

Notes on RT:
- A few users continue to report cryptolocker malware directing them at
hidden services.
- Users continue to ask about using plugins like Flash in the Tor Browser.
- Many users still requiring custom bridges, the support team could use
some more of these[4][5].
- Users still asking about iOS Tor solutions.
- Multiple users asking about "how to trust Tor".
- A few requests for stickers / other promotional material.
- OSX 10.5 users continue to ask about running the Tor Browser on their
machines.
