Hi everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 339 tickets on RT.
- TBB QA[1].
- Met with OpenITP regarding duplicate teams and Transifex changes.
- Continued to assist Sherief with webchat/pups development[2][3].
- Updated a number of bridges with fixes for HeartBleed.
- Assisted with contacting the owners of bridges affected by HeartBleed.
- Worked on staging solution for webchat/pups[4][5].
- Started contacting translators and working out who can review strings,
  hope to make progress with this in May.

Notes on RT:
- iOS users continuing to look for a Tor solution.
- The integrated Pluggable Transport support in the TBB is a hit with users.
- Increase in TorMail users contacting us for support (again).
- Users continue to ask the help-desk about specific hidden services
being offline.
- Users continue to ask about Vidalia's removal.
- Increase in Tails-related questions.
- Increase in users requesting support with signature verification.
- Number of bridge requests sent to RT seems to be slowly decreasing.
