Hi!

At the beginning of April, I have been able to spend a week away from
Tor. That was good for many reasons. Unfortunately, Heartbleed and
other things had to bring me back on keyboards too soon. Big thanks to
harmony and Nicolas Vigier for taking over Tor Weekly News and the
French help desk while I was away.

Otherwise, mundane things occupied way too much of my time this past
month, but here's what I have still been able to do in April:

Help desk
---------

Handled 265 tickets in English, 25 tickets in French and sorted
around 115 spams.

Sent the Tor help desk report for March.

Reviewed Tor Pups [1] — the web application that will allow chat based
support.

Generated graphs for help desk response time [2] and queue
activity [3] intended for SponsorO reports.

Uploaded txsocks/1.13.0.1-1~bpo70+1 to Debian wheezy-backports.

Misc.
-----

Wrote a draft report describing March activity to be sent to
SponsorF.

Collected material for the 2014Q1 SponsorO report.

Asked for a booth at Libre Software Meeting 2014 [4] for Tor and
Nos Oignons, and submitted a talk for the conference part.

Had lunch with harmony and had a great time!
