Hello everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 342 tickets on RT.
- TBB QA[1].
- Worked on TBB QA checklist[2].
- Attended SponsorO meeting.
- Hosted / Presented at CryptoParty Winnipeg.
- Attended the Tor developers conference[3].
- Took a couple days off after getting sick at the conference.
- Followed up on #9144[4].
- Met with OpenITP contact regarding Transifex[5].
- Started review of Transifex teams[6].

Notes on RT:
- iOS users continuing to look for Tor solutions.
- Users continuing to contact the help desk instead of bridges at .
- Many users could benefit from the PTTB being in /dist[7].
- XPCOM issue continuing to be reported by WebRoot users[8].
- The CAPTCHA on bridges.tpo continues to give users trouble.
- OSX users running legacy releases looking for Tor Browser support.
- Users continue to ask about Vidalia's removal.
- Increase in users trying to use Flash / Silverlight / Java with the
Tor Browser.
