Hi everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 210 tickets on RT.
- Resolved #11699 & #11754[1][2].
- Worked on deployment documentation for pups/webchat[3].
- Deployed pups/webchat[4].
- Wrote usage documentation for pups[5].
- Worked with Kelley on Sponsor O planning and deliverables.
- Met with Karsten and Kelley multiple times to discuss Sponsor O
deliverables.
- Started planning the next Winnipeg CryptoParty[6].
- Started pruning dead teams from Transifex.

Notes on RT:
- Users continue to request an iOS solution.
- Sophos AV prevents the Tor Browser from running[7].
- Users contacting us regarding the bridge bot sending empty emails[8].
- Many users are unsure of which option they should pick when launching
the Tor Browser.
- A number of users continue to believe we provide support for TorMail.
- Users continue to contact the help desk regarding hidden services that
are not responding.
