Hi everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 248 tickets on RT.
- Worked on Sponsor O documentation list with Kelley[1].
- Worked on Sponsor O draft outreach documents with Kelley[2].
- Continued work on Transifex team organization, hoping to have more to
report at the end of July.
- Wrote FTE bridge deployment documentation[3].
- Wrote "Tor Challenge 2014" blog post[4].
- Worked with Nick M. to resolve the little-t-tor portion of #11463[5][6].
- Presented at/hosted CryptoParty Winnipeg (went great, largest turnout
so far).

Notes on RT:
- Lots of requests for bridges and questions about the bridge mailer
being down.
- Many users requesting solutions for iOS.
- A few users contacted us to ask about "TorMail" replacements.
- Users continue to be confused by the initial Tor Launcher screen
(configure or connect directly).
- Increase in questions relating to Tor's ethics and how it can be trusted.
- Users continue to contact us regarding hidden services that are
offline / not responding.
- Increase in the number of users asking about using Firefox plugins
(Flash, JRE, SilverLight) with the Tor Browser.
- Many users still encountering the Sophos/Webroot AV issues[7][8].
- Multiple users have asked about chaining Tor together with a VPN.
