Hi all,

Here's what I did in February:
- I resolved 430 RT tickets.
- Translated new strings in the Tor Launcher resources into Arabic.
- Attended a SponsorO meeting.
- Started working on a small tool [0] for the help desk monthly report.

- Doesn't know how to install/download/run/connect/use Tor Browser [69] (We
need a good TBB manual.)
