Hello everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 417 tickets on RT.
- Attended Boisterous Otter meetings.
- Attended Buoyant Otter meetings.
- TBB QA[1].
- Finalized CryptoParty[2] planning, ready for February 8th!

Notes on RT:
- A number of users requesting support with various hidden services.
- iOS users starting to request support with the fake "Tor Browser" for
iOS[3].
- Orbot users experiencing issues when Orbot is installed to SD memory.
- There were a number of Orbot tickets during the update period for
various issues.
- Users continuing to ask about Vidalia's removal, generally happy with
answer from FAQ[4].
- Many users could benefit from the PTTB being available on mirrors[5].
