What I did in December:

[Help Desk]
* Resolved 250 RT tickets.
* Attended the support team meeting.

[Support tools]
* Stats is now up for review [1] then hopefully we will deploy it.
* We agreed at the support meeting to take down
https://help.torproject.org/support/ in favor of a public version of
Stats.

What I plan to do in January:
* Answer more tickets.
* Record Tor Browser 4.x usage videos.
* Document how to record a video on all major systems and how to mux
voice with them.
* Review all new translations by volunteers.
