Here's what I did in July:

[Help Desk, Translation and QA]
* Resolved 300 RT tickets.
* Translated BridgeDB into Arabic.
* Sent an email to the RT-users list about how can we enable
  proper RTL language emails but no replies.

[Support tools development]

* Pups:
- -- Dump monthly stats report in a file and reset issues counters .
- -- View archived reports .
- -- Unified all css.
- -- Fixed the footer's positioning.

* Stats:
- -- Replaced the bootstrap's modal that was used to  view big comments
with read more/less links
- -- Converted to a fully 100% client side web app.
- -- Lots of fixes in general.

* Updated torbrowser.wml's OS X instructions.

What I plan on doing in August (hopefully all of the following):
- -- More RT tickets.
- -- Rebase pups' devel branch to prepare it for review (and later
deployment).
- -- Finish some trac tickets tagged with "pups".
- -- Help improve TB's user manual.
- -- Learn more about software testing to improve our TB QA.
- -- Review Tails' Arabic translations.
