Tor-related work that Mark and Kathy did this month:

- Made a lot of progress on patching the various Mozilla components
   that make up the Firefox updater, adapting them for use in TBB.
   We attached a "work in progress" patch to the ticket.  Next steps:
   resolve issues related to handling of TBB version, updating of the
   bundled extensions, and work with Mike and Erinn to create a
   process to generate MAR files (which will contain the TBB updates).

- Spent a little time reviewing comments about the TorBirdy patches
   for Thunderbird (prevent local time disclosure) and suggested some
   ways that the patches might evolve to satisfy the Mozilla reviewers.

- Spent a very small amount of time looking at the TBB 3.x WinXP
   startup crash.
