Hello everyone,

Done this month:
- Resolved 297 tickets on RT.
- TBB QA[1].
- Announced date for the upcoming Winnipeg CryptoParty[2].
- Worked on guide for running Mumble over Tor as part of SponsorF[3].

Notes on RT:
- Many users contacted us regarding Freedom Hosting[4] and the Firefox
exploit[5].
- Increase in TorMail users contacting us for support.
- Large number of users requesting assistance with Hidden Services that
are offline.
- Many Orbot issues were resolved in the latest round of updates.
- A number of users contacted us regarding VoIP solutions for use with Tor.
- Users continue to request some type of iOS Tor solution.
- A couple users contacted us regarding packages for Synology NAS
devices[6].
- Android users contacted us regarding the recently discovered Orweb
leaks[7].
