Hello everyone,

Done this month:

- Resolved 204 tickets on RT.
- Assisted with help.tpo[1].
- Presented at the Winnipeg CryptoParty.

Notes on RT:

- Many reported issues have been resolved with a fresh install of the TBB.

- A portion of TorMail's users continue to contact us for support, or
think that we provide the service.

- Many setup related tickets have been resolved with the user manual [2].

- Multiple users are having issues with #8726[3] and #8457[4].

- A couple OSX users have continued to encounter #8425[5].
