[tor-reports] April 2013 status report from the Tor help desk

Hi everyone,

A total of 635 tickets were created in the Tor help desk system this
month: 482 in help, 5 in help-ar, 8 in help-es, 20 in help-fa, 12 in
help-fr, 3 in help-zh, and 105 in spam.

482 tickets in help: 471 resolved, 2 open, 3 new, and 6 rejected
5 tickets in help-ar: 5 resolved
8 tickets in help-es: 8 resolved
20 tickets in help-fa: 19 resolved, 1 open
12 tickets in help-fr: 11 resolved, 1 rejected
3 tickets in help-zh: 2 resolved, 1 rejected

Total number of tickets resolved this month:

Andrew: 18 tickets
Colin: 193 tickets
Jason: 20 tickets
Lunar: 19 tickets
Matt: 136 tickets
Moritz: 22 tickets
Nima: 24 tickets
Noel: 14 tickets
Runa: 19 tickets
Sherief: 124 tickets

Last month, we set up https://help.torproject.org/support/ to let
support assistants, developers, and users know what the current issues
are. I am keeping an eye on the tickets there to make sure the list is
updated when a ticket is either fixed or has been updated (e.g. when
we know the issue will be solved in the next release). For a more
detailed summary of issues, see status reports from each support
assistant on the tor-reports list.
