[tor-reports] What Nick did in May 2013

In May, I:

* Moved toward a 0.2.4.x by writing fixes for and/or investigating a
bunch of bugs.
* Reviewed a bunch of pending 0.2.5 tickets, and merged some.
* Started work on a roadmap for 0.2.5.
* Started working on a couple of proposals for 0.2.5
* Did a bunch of gsoc review
* Got pretty burned out near the end of the month.

In June I had better:
* Finally book travel for the dev meeting and PETS, and accomodation
for PETS. Like, in the next 48 hours.
* Do that 0.2.5 roadmap and circulate it.
* Write a bunch more 0.2.5 code.
* Get 0.2.4 out the door and figure out why it's taken so long.
