Hi,

Tor:
- refined my script that generates Bittorrent torrent files and magnet
URIs for /dist https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/6978

Torservers:
- wrote and submitted exit/bridge funding proposal to "Digital
Defenders"/Hivos
- set up partner and partner-discuss lists for Torservers.net
(reimbursement) partners

- registered a first RIPE IPv4 /22 for bridges
- met with two lawyers, one specialized in privacy, the other one
specialized in non-profit law

Outreach:
- attended Pixelache Festival in Helsinki/Estonia, participated in a
two-day workshop on control/surveillance and gave an introduction to
encryption/anonymity; was invited to talk about Tor in Columbia and Belarus
- met with Open Knowledge Foundation Finland people
- met with the Renewable Freedom Foundation in Ingolstadt
- met with researchers from FH Augsburg and talked about potential
collaboration
- went to Berlin to talk about Tor and anonymity on the German Youth
Internet Governance Forum

Misc:
- picked up 1000 Tor posters in Dresden
