month: 796 in help, 11 in help-ar, 19 in help-es, 56 in help-fa, 11 in
help-fr, 15 in help-zh, and 113 in spam.

796 tickets in help: 772 resolved, 11 open, 4 new, and 7 rejected
11 tickets in help-ar: 8 resolved, 0 open, 0 new, and 3 rejected
19 tickets in help-es: 19 resolved
56 tickets in help-fa: 4 resolved, 0 open, 52 new
11 tickets in help-fr: 11 resolved
15 tickets in help-zh: 15 resolved
