Hi everyone,

A total of 526 tickets were created in the Tor help desk system this
month: 495 in help, 11 in help-fa, and 20 in spam.

495 tickets in help: 441 resolved, 34 rejected, 20 open, and 0 new
11 tickets in help: 7 resolved, 1 open, and 3 new

Total number of tickets resolved this month:

Andrew: 46 tickets
Ardeshir: 22 tickets
Moritz: 292 tickets (31 marked as rejected)
Phoul: 40 tickets
Runa: 93 tickets

A lot of users are asking questions that have been answered in the
short user manual [1]. We should include it in the Tor Browser Bundle
(#4983). A number of users are asking about the Obfsproxy Tor Browser
Bundle, and it seems our dist mirrors are accessible in various places
and working just fine.

A number of users in Iran are asking about Flash and YouTube. The
bridges we hardcoded in the Obfsproxy Tor Browser Bundle have been
blocked in China and Iran (some, but maybe not all, ISPs), along with
some of the bridges most often given out on bridges.torproject.org. We
really need to encourage more users to run Obfsproxy bridges.

I also received a few emails from users in Syria saying that normal
bridges and relays have been blocked, but Obfsproxy is working just
fine.
