Hi all

On November I've...
* Performed 41 RT actions (e-mails sent to users and tickets resolved/merged) for a total of 18 tickets resolved (18 in help-es), including tickets in Portuguese. This cound does not include those which get Resolved status but were not resolved for the user because I asked for more info that never arrived.
* Updated 0 translations in Transifex (as the project is almost completely translated already to spanish)
