701 tickets in help: 686 resolved, 5 open, 0 new, and 7 rejected
(currently 28 new/open tickets in this queue)
8 tickets in help-ar: 7 resolved, 1 open
19 tickets in help-es: 19 resolved
25 tickets in help-fa: 2 resolved, 0 open, 22 new, and 1 rejected
(currently 103 new/open tickets in this queue)
10 tickets in help-fr: 10 resolved
10 tickets in help-zh: 9 resolved, 1 open
