# Top 5 things I did in March:

> * Make the running of Tor a soft dependency and come up with an acceptable
    strategy for determining the probes IP address.

This has been implemented: https://github.com/TheTorProject/ooni-probe/pull/71

> * Make ooniprobe into a daemon
> * Start working on the ooniprobe HTTP API
> * Start working on the ooniprobe User Interface

This is currently a work in progress, but part of this is being implemented.

> * Finish specifying the tests that are not specified

Other misc activities:

* Added a changelog for ooniprobe: https://github.com/TheTorProject/ooni-probe/commit/1b67e0597ebfce98118abddfc3ee7cd373f4e164

* Implemented DNS Injection test: https://github.com/TheTorProject/ooni-probe/commit/c32514d224704cdd247a3b1da3519af277065d8e

* Agreed on the next steps for ooni* development at the tor-dev meeting

# What I plan to do in April

* Continue work on the ooniprobe HTTP API

* Continue work on the ooniprobe User Interface as agreed at the tor-dev meeting. This will entail making a HTTP API for starting and monitoring test progress [1] and a HTML/JS based UI [1]
