Things I worked on in November:

- Early in the month I tested the flashproxy client programs on Windows, and fixed 
a few bugs. Tickets #7272, #7271, #7147.

- Worked deploying the client on Windows, by bundling a Python interpreter and the libraries we
use, using PyInstaller. Wrote some make recipes to automate it. Ticket #7283

- Wrote man pages for the client, ticket #6453.

- Sketched a draft of the UI for the flashproxy opt-in page, ticket #7063.

Got busy with school towards the end of November, now I have a bit more slack.
