You need to have an IPv6 assigned to your server (ovh provides it, but
you need to configure it manually IIRC) -- can you ping -6 any address?

If you don't have an IPv6, do not bind to [::] as this wildcard means
bind to ALL IPv4 and IPv6 interfaces, instead if you only want IPv4 (no
reason to want just this, if you also have IPv6) either configure:

ORPort <ipv4>:port

or

ORPort 0.0.0.0:port

-

ORPort [::]:port IPv4Only

---
But better just try to configure IPv6 for your server, as you most
probably have it, just need to add it manually and then it'll work and
you'll also have a dual-stacked relay which is better than an IPv4 only
relay.
