[tor-relays] Way to be notified when relay goes offline?

Right now, Tor Weather does not work for bridges. But the good news is 
we have fixed that in our development code and there is a pending 
release scheduled for later this month which will allow you to get 
notifications for your bridges (among other things). Thus, stay tuned. :)
