[tor-relays] bridge down

To me, it looks completely unrelated to the DDoS.

... that looks to me like the port forwarding does not work. I assume 
your bridge is in the home network behind a router. You'll need to 
forward the ORport 100.2.224.20:443 to the local IP of your machine.
