[tor-relays] Moving Bridges

Eddie,
You should be able to copy the donor tor directory (preserving user, group, permissions) to the transplant server (including keys) and be back online with the same fingerprint (new ip address).
I recommend using the same version of tor and ensure the transplanted tor directory's user and group are appropriate for the transplant server.
