[tor-relays] Strange thing happening in metrics

Hello,

Can you please look in your tor.log and previous archive (if you use 
logrotate) log.1 (or whatever) and tell me if you find a [warn] level 
message about being overloaded, such as "Your computer is too slow to 
handle this many circuit creation[...]"?
