[tor-relays] DirPortFrontPage file '.....' not found | Permission denied

Dear Petrusco,

I have had success putting that file in /etc/tor where the torrc is:
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 17551 Oct 29 18:03 tor-exit-notice.html

Don't forget to change your line in the torrc to tell it where you moved the file. i.e.:
DirPortFrontPage /etc/tor/tor-exit-notice.html
