[tor-relays] Metrics Error: staledesc

“Normal”, half of my relays are also shown as offline and 1/3 of my relays are not even known by https://consensus-health.torproject.org/consensus-health.html <https://consensus-health.torproject.org/consensus-health.html> right now.

just wait a little bit until everything is back to normal.

whatever the new normal is normal nowadays.
