Bridges (PublishServerDescriptor 1 + BridgeDistribution none) work.

Completely private bridges (PublishServerDescriptor 0 + 
BridgeDistribution none) can look here:
https://bridges.torproject.org/scan/

Would be nice if BridgeDB someday outputs IPv6 obfs bridges ;-)
