[tor-relays] Old question

Talking to us (Gus in this case) is a right step in that direction.

Those were no automatic responses. Gus send them and he is pretty much a 
live person as any of us. I've met him in real life before the pandemic 
for whatever that's worth.

So, again, hopping on that video call and talking to us is the right and 
only way forward.
