[tor-relays] Problem with ubuntu 18.04 x386

Hi, sorry for that, I'm sending more information now:

Tor version:
Tor 0.4.2.7 running on Linux with Libevent 2.1.8-stable, OpenSSL 1.1.1, Zlib 1.2.11, Liblzma 5.2.2, and Libzstd 1.3.3.

The log when I try to restart the service (sudo systemctl restart tor at default) :
Job for tor at default.service failed because the control process exited with error code.
See "systemctl status tor at default.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
