[tor-relays] "Our IP Address has changed from" log lines

Thanks for your reply. I started following my ip address a few days ago and was shocked how many times it changed. It seems to have steadied up yesterday, and I've had it 30+ hours now, and the metrics now show it as only a few hours since last seen. One thing I don't quite get is that when checking it (it is a bridge) with the bridge check page, the page said my relay was unreachable all evening. I gave up, then tried the next day, and it has been reachable ever since, though still the same ip address.

In spite of all this, people do still seem to find it. I have had no other internet access problems through the router. Clearly a bit out of my control.
