[tor-relays] Bridge is down

Hello, Roger...
Thank you for your reply.  I swapped out the NIC cable and that didn't help.  Plugged it into another ethernet port I have for another computer and that didn't help. I ran an ethtool command for my ethernet card and it said there was a link but when I ran apt-get update I get the response below.  My guess is that there is a problem with the NIC card which is integrated so I'm thinking I need a PCI NIC.  What do you think?
